One of the first Chums caught during two days of fly fishing the Skykomish river in Washington state. A 13-14 lbs male Chum which had been in the river system 7-10 days.

A Skykomish river 13lb Chum salmon, taken in Washington state right after Christmas. It was caught swinging an natural-colored egg fly after just arriving within 48 hours from the sea.

Kenektok River, Alaska. A pretty Leopard rainbow taken on a mouse pattern, skated across the river. This one came out from an undercut bank. Mousing usually only effective on bright sunny days, such as this one.
