GREAT WATERS 2007 Fly Fishing Expo

Midwest Fly Fishing Magazine is holding an Expo in Chicago for the first time in 2007. They have held a similar show in Minneapolis each spring for the past several years. The Great Waters Expos in 2007 will showcase fly anglers and tiers from around the Midwest, bringing to Chicago audiences an opportunity to experience the best of fly fishing in one of the world’s truly remarkable and most diverse fly fishing regions.

If you are an experienced fly angler, you’ll have opportunity to refine your skills, meet old and new friends and survey the latest in tackle and clothing. If you are a newcomer to our sport, the Great Waters Expo presents a welcoming atmosphere and an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the sport, including free one-on-one fly casting lessons.

The Westin Northwest Chicago Hotel in Itasca. IL will be the site of their first Expo in the Chicago area on February 16-18, 2007. There will be free parking. For updated information on the Great Waters Fly Fishing Expo, call (952) 920-9028 or e-mail to mwfly@mwfly.com.
