Conservation

Overview

The Elliott Donnelley chapter of Trout Unlimited (EDTU) supports multiple conservation efforts across the Midwest to support the greater Trout Unlimited mission and vision.

TU Mission: To bring together diverse interests to care for and recover rivers and streams so that our children can experience the joy of wild and native trout and salmon.

TU Vision: For communities across America to engage in the work of repairing and renewing our rivers, streams, and other water bodies on which we all depend.

Chapters of TU are where the rubber meets the road regarding conservation, education, and community engagement efforts. At EDTU we have multiple initiatives to achieve this. Visit our individual conservation pages to learn more!

2025 Conservation Updates

In 2025 the Elliott Donnelley Chapter of Trout Unlimited (EDTU) will distribute approximately $20,000 to cold water conservation efforts in the Midwest. With continued support from our members, EDTU will continue to support organizations aligned with our goals.
