Join our premier chapter work trip, a hands-on conservation experience in the beautiful Wautoma, Wisconsin area. This trip connects you to the legacy of renowned conservationists like Aldo Leopold. Work alongside the Central Wisconsin Trout Unlimited (CWTU) chapter and a highly skilled DNR crew led by Shawn Sullivan. Engage in valuable stream restoration using the latest techniques, contributing to the preservation of these vital ecosystems.
Activities:
- Conservation Work: Participate in stream restoration projects, experiencing firsthand the impact of environmental stewardship.
- Exclusive Fishing Opportunities: After contributing to the preservation efforts, enjoy access to some of the best-kept fishing spots in the area.
- Community Meals: Savor the local hospitality with a lunch provided post-work on Saturday and a special dinner celebrating your contributions.
